一、實驗準備The Prepare for Experiment
1.按照安裝說明將各部件安裝好
According to the installation instructions for the parts will be installed
2.按下設備藍色啟動按鈕，啟動風機，啟動加熱器
Press equipment blue button, start the blower, start the heater
3.設定進風溫度
Set the air inlet temperature value
4.待出風溫度達到設定值時，開啟蠕動泵自動
When the air outlet temperature reached setting value, open the peristaltic pump
automatically
5.先進水，觀察物料霧化及溫度變化情況，重新設定風機、進風溫度，待穩定后
進料
Import water firstly, and observe the change of materials and temperature, and r
eset the speed of the fan and the temperature of the air inlet , and import mat
erial after stable 。
二、停機步驟Stop Steps
1.當物料用完后，進水將膠管內的物料全部噴完后（約5 分鐘），關閉蠕動泵
When the material is used out, import water and spray all the material within the hose
(about 5 minutes), closes the peristaltic pump
2.關閉空壓機
Close the air compressor
3.關閉加熱器
Close the heater
4.待進風溫度降至40 度以下時，關閉風機
When the temperature of air inlet drop to 40 C°, close the fan
5.取下集料瓶，將物料轉移到其他容器中
Take the fixation material bottle down, transfer the material to other container
6.容器完全冷卻后取下清洗
When the container become to cool completely， take down and clean it。__
